What does "1x IP" or "3x IP" mean?
Every plan is one RevBot account. The number is how many IPs — internet connections, one per home — it can be used from at the same time. With 3x IP it works from 3 different homes at once.
How many bots can I run?
As many as your computer can handle. The plan counts IPs, not bots.
Can I use my plan on a friend's computer?
Only if your plan has a free IP for it. Each internet connection is one IP, and the account cannot be used from more IPs than the plan has at the same time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — seven free days with 1x IP and every feature. Create your account, confirm your email and press Start your free week on your account page.
What if my internet IP changes?
That is fine. Most home connections get a new IP now and then, and RevBot moves your plan to the new IP by itself.
What happens when my plan ends?
The bot tells you how many days are left when it starts. When the plan ends it stops, and your settings stay on your PC for when you renew.
Paying
How do I pay?
With Vodafone Cash or InstaPay. Prices are in US dollars; in Egypt you pay the same amount in EGP. Send us the screenshot of the payment on the contact page.
How soon do I get my login?
Your RevBot ID and password arrive by email as soon as we have checked the payment.
Can I add more IPs later?
Yes. Ask us and we move you to a bigger plan.
Using RevBot
Which servers does it work on?
RevBot is built for Silkroad Online private servers. Ask us before you buy if you are not sure about yours — or try it with the free week.
Does it work without the game client?
Yes. Each account can run with the client or clientless, and the Manager keeps them all going.
Can I use my phBot scripts and plugins?
Yes. Walk and trade scripts recorded with phBot run in RevBot, and most phBot Python plugins work too.
Does my pet fight with me?
Yes. Turn on "Attacks what the character attacks" in Protection, and your attack pet goes after every target your character hits — with the bot or by hand.
Updates
How do updates work?
When a new version is out, RevBot asks you to update the next time it starts. The installer does it in one click.
Do I lose my settings when I update?
No. Your settings, skills, scripts, plugins and Manager accounts are kept.
Do updates cost extra?
No. Every update is included in every plan.
Safety
Is my game password safe?
Your passwords are stored encrypted on your own PC and are never sent to us.
Does RevBot talk to the internet?
Only to check your plan and to look for updates, over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
